Greetings from the Big Island. Brad took this photo of a lava field with his phone while we were en route to our hotel on Monday. I'm not sure the beauty of it can be captured on camera.  The Big Island is fabulous (and we haven't even gotten to the volcano yet)! Why did nobody tell me this? I wouldn't have waited 9 years to visit. Anyway, for anyone who may not know, we're on an anniversacation. Maybe I'll be better about the blog ... for this trip at least. :-)
