The family is boycotting the big game

OK, maybe not boycotting, but certainly not planning to go.

Here's what they had to say when I suggested that they attend, I mean its only a 30-minute drive at most:
• "What game?"
• "Its gonna be cold."
and finally — "We'd go if you were here."

That last one's an excellent attempt at a guilt trip on their part.

I said, "Go. Go. Wear your green and gold proudly in a sea of red and black."

They need to be strong in the stance against the moderate crazies.

They never listen to me.
