On April 11, 2005, Brad and I arrived in Helsinki, Finland, and then took the train to Kuopio, where my friend Katja resides. Over the next 2 weeks, we slept on a train, took a reindeer sled to visit Santa Claus, crossed the Arctic Circle, built snowmen, learned to fish, walked on a frozen lake, ate wieners at Katja's dad's hunting/fishing cabin and spent lots and lots of tme in saunas.
